Come visit and drink at Hollander Distillery! Hollander Distillery is a family distillery located in the Jerusalem mountains that specializes in the production of alcoholic beverages made from local raw materials

Tour times: 10am, 12pm & 2pm

Learn about our history from the establishment on 1930, through WWII, the establishment of Israel and to the present day.

On the tour we will walk through the various production spaces at the distillery. You will learn about the Schnaps production process. followed by tasting  of a variety of our products
