Cinnamon apple schnaps
Apple and cinnamon schnaps, Apple Strudel Schnaps is produced from fresh apples from the north of the Golan Heights that have undergone controlled fermentation and distillation in a German Colonna distillery. It is aged for about 12 months in stainless steel tanks, during which time the alcohol concentrates and softens together with fresh cinnamon.
The drink is characterized by a subtle smell and taste of cinnamon combined with apples.
