Schnaps produced from fresh apples from the north of the Golan Heights which underwent controlled fermentation and distillation in a German Colonna distillery. Aged for about 12 months in stainless steel tanks, during which time the alcohol concentrates and softens.
The taste of the final product is clean and smooth with subtle apple flavors and aromas.
